This course will teach you usable and practical concepts for creating, maintaining, and improving an HVIT culture.
Understanding the culture of change will ensure you are continually aligned with the rapid changes to organization objectives. In this course, ITIL® 4 Specialist HVIT: Understanding an HVIT Culture, you'll learn what an HVIT culture is and best practices that will enable you to develop and maintain it. First, you'll explore the key behavior patterns that make up an HVIT culture and how to use them. Next, you'll discover how to apply several models and concepts of an HVIT Culture. Finally, you'll develop an understanding of how to apply the seven guiding principles in an HVIT culture.
