Throughout these lessons, we will look at how we can use the pre and post render scripting options to automate time consuming processes. Software required: Autodesk Maya 2014, Pdplayer 1.0.7.6, Python 2.7, Notepad++ 6.5.3.
Throughout these lessons, we will look at how we can use the pre and post render scripting options to automate time consuming processes. These options are often overlooked and have a great use. We'll look in to how we can use these, for instance, to send an email upon render finish with some scene data and an image attachment. We'll also learn how we can automatically create and generate slap comps for both QuickTime and NUKE.
