- It’s a ridiculously delicious pancake party when Sohla meets up with the Shopsin siblings for a new take on the short stack. Learn what the bubbles are telling you, the power of butter, and why a chili cheeseburger pancake is an excellent idea.
- Masa
- Masa is a beloved and versatile ingredient in Mexico. Jorge Gaviria, founder of Masienda, shares his expertise with Sohla as they go on a masa adventure that knows no bounds. Tortillas, sopes, tamales—it’s a perfect breakfast-for-dinner shindig.
- Eggs
- How many ways can you prepare an egg? Sohla and chef Yuji Haraguchi show there’s much more than your same old scramble. Using Japanese techniques and American creativity, they dish three egg preparations with different vibes and delicious results.
