Create an Empathy Map in Adobe XD

Today’s marketplace is ever changing with social media and other influences. You really have to understand your customer. In this project, you will work on creating an empathy map in Adobe XD. An empathy map is a visualization tool you can use to determine what you know about your users. This map will help you determine the “why” questions your organization has. This part of the research phase will help you to determine your user’s needs and promote your organization to the next level.

Adobe XD allows for collaboration in real time and the ability to change designs easily, advance on front end and make back-end improvements as well as web advancement. In this project you will learn about the tools in Adobe XD while making the empathy map.
