Course Description

Overview

This course will help you understand the process of setting up your Amazon Connect instance to play emergency and holiday messages dynamically. You will create a user interface to set dynamic messaging, add a holiday message to your contact flow, and then test the holiday message created using Amazon Polly.

  • Duration: 60 minutes

This course includes presentations, hands-on labs, and a final assessment.


Course objectives

In this course, you will learn to:

  • Use AWS CloudFormation to build a website hosted on Amazon S3.
  • Use Amazon Cognito to authenticate login to the website.
  • Create and store emergency and holiday messages using Amazon DynamoDB.
  • Create an Amazon Connect Contact Flow and test dynamic messaging using Amazon Polly.

Prerequisites

We recommend that attendees of this course have:

  • Completed Amazon Connect Primer or Solutions Training for Partners - Amazon Connect (Technical)
  • Familiarity with contact center requirements and technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts
