- Contact center engineers, telecom engineers, senior telecommunications analysts, technologists, implementation consultants, IVR designers, telephony administrators, or any equivalent job role.
Prerequisites
We recommend that attendees in this course have:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Technical Essentials foundation knowledge
