Promoting Employee experience is an employee-centric way of thinking. Organisations that do so are able to beget the benefits of loyalty, lower attrition, improved productivity, and a general atmosphere of happiness and work conduciveness. Organisations that are employee centric are interested in how employees view, hear, believe, and feel about all aspects of their work life. It Employee experience can be differentiated with Employee Engagement in that Employee Engagement refers to an employee's emotional commitment to work, the organization, and its goals. To draw a distinction between the two; employee engagement is a continuous component of the employee experience whereas employee experience refers to an employee's journey with the organization.

When “pay" is not the only factor in attracting and retaining the finest employees, employee experience plays a crucial role in employee retention. Today, employees desire jobs that fit their lifestyle, provide opportunity for advancement, and connect them to a larger sense of meaning and purpose. Focusing in employee engagement and designing a great employee experience is critical for creating a workplace environment in where employees actually thrive.

The course endeavours to unravel the fundamentals of employee experience and how it helps carve employee journeys that is pleasurable, aspirational and enables long-term association.
