Are you ready to tackle today’s rapidly moving world of work?
This two-week course will teach you how to learn, develop, and adapt to changes in the workplace, and how to cope with its demanding environment.
Hearing from professionals and using practical examples, you’ll learn the value of resilience and adaptability and how it has helped others create successful careers. You’ll also examine the reasons why employers are looking for these skills in particular.
Learn how to thrive in a digital workplace
With guidance from experts, you’ll discover how developing new skills helps you to do your job more effectively and adapt to new roles and ways of working.
To help you succeed in the digital workplace, you’ll learn how to evaluate your current strengths and identify the value of workplace wellbeing for yourself.
Demonstrate your adaptability skills to shine in an interview
To feel ready to show your skills in an interview, you’ll assess and practice your own adaptability.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the resilience and skills to look after yourself in the workplace, so you can forge a happier and healthier career.
This course is designed for people who have some digital skills but want to build confidence and knowledge in using digital technology in the workplace.
You could be studying, a graduate, re-entering the workplace, or looking to improve your career prospects.
