In this course you will learn to think like an artist and draw a cartoon guy named Tommy Toon by building up simple 3D shapes. This will give you some firm groundwork to begin learning how to design your own characters and draw from your head.
Drawing cartoons is a great first step in learning to draw without fully mastering anatomy and texture detail. Using the rubber hose style made popular by figures such as Max Fleischer and Walt Disney, you can achieve a 3D figure that can be posed dynamically, colored, and shaded.
If you like this course and want to dive further into the topic, look for my "Ultimate Cartoon Drawing" and "How to Draw Dynamic Stickmen" courses where I teach more advanced techniques that build on this method. Let's bring your characters to the next level!

I'll see you in the course!
