Overview
In this 1 hour and 30 minutes long project-based course, you will learn how to understand the product development stage, you will learn to differentiate and locate products in the introduction stage of the product life cycle as well as doing the needed financial analysis for products in different product life cycle stages

Syllabus
- The Product life cycle Project Overview
- This project covers the product lifecycle in different stages. Starting with the product development stages and helpful templates for tracking and evaluating the tasks needed in the development stage. Then we will differentiate between each product lifecycle stage by learning the traits of each stage. Marketing strategies and tactics used to handle each product throughout its life stages will also be covered. Finally, you will be able to evaluate as a marketer your products’ portfolio revenue breakdown based on each product sales performance which indicates again its stage in the product lifecycle. The course includes different templates that will help the learner with data analysis and presentation. Templates list: product development project sheet with tasks and timeline, Google Slide presentation to present product development status quo, product life cycle google sheet template to analyze data and present it, Revenue Metrics Template for financial analysis
