Overview
Organization basically refers to a group of people working towards a common goal. Naturally while doing so they have to set up and organise various activities that can ultimately make them reach and sustain their ultimate goal. This course helps to understand what and how different factors within the organization contributes to designing the organization and how these can be strategically managed in order to get optimal output.
