Overview
ABOUT THE COURSE :Human movement science program is curated to understand the science behind how humans move. The program involves basic understanding of the human body, kinesiology, biomechanics, applied technology and coaching science. It is designed to gain a deeper understanding and apply the forementioned science to study human movement patterns while performing exercise, fundamental movements and sport for performance enhancement and injury prevention.PREREQUISITES: 12 Pass or equivalent

Week 3:Fundamental anatomical movements
Week 4:Introduction to concepts of kinesiology and biomechanics
Week 5:Characteristics of human movement, Enhancing human movement performance
Week 6:Applying human movement science principles to fundamental movements and exercises
Week 7:Applying human movement science principles to fundamental to sport skill
Week 8:Recap and revision of all weeks
