In this class, you will learn digital art tips & tricks which apply to most digital tools and software so that you will get super comfortable with drawing and painting on a digital screen!

Whether you are just starting with digital art or a more experienced artist, who wants to pick up new tips and tricks, this class is for you. And if you are a traditional artist, come along, too :) You may get a new hobby and expand your horizons by learning new technology!

Learning digital art may seem overwhelming because “tons” of tools and software exist. There are so many questions:

• Where do you start?
• Which tools and software should you get?
• What is the best stylus and digital pencil?
• Which brushes to use in Procreate?
• How do you paint and draw digitally?

And this is what I want to help you with within this class. By creating a fun and colorful underwater scene, I will show you, step by step, digital art techniques, tips, and tricks that will help you draw and paint digitally better and faster.

You will learn:

• What Drawing Tablets and Digital Drawing Software to choose from;
• Work with Canvas and Layers;
• How to Select, Test and use Brushes
• and How to Sketch, Color, Render and use Textures

I will use Procreate 5X but feel free to use any other digital drawing software you prefer.

In addition, you will also get a bunch of freebies to use with this class:

• Color palettes
• Moodboard with references
