In this course, you'll learn about the history of Lean Processes, beginning with the miracle of the Toyota Production System and how it came about. You'll learn how to apply the lessons of Lean to software development, and to eliminate waste.
You can be Agile, and still have waste and defects in your processes - this is what Lean Software Development aims to tackle. In this course, Exploring Lean Principles, you will gain the ability to apply Lean Processes and thinking to your own software enterprise.
