Explore HR management strategies and build the key skills for HR practitioners

This qualification offers the opportunity to build HR-related skills and explore HR management strategies.

You will develop your understanding of the role of the HR professional, the nature of professionalism and approaches to addressing ethical dilemmas. You will also develop the skills and understanding needed to work strategically and address business and change management issues.

This certificate is the first stage of a study programme that progresses to a postgraduate diploma and the MSc in Human Resource Management offered by The Open University.
