Dartmouth Health Continuing Education for Professionals Home, Nursing Grand Rounds “ More is Better: Improving Event Reporting in Ambulatory Care, 1/23/2020 8:00:00 AM - 1/23/2023 9:00:00 AM, This presentation will include how our team: identified barriers to reporting events; implemented strategies to reduce barriers; engaged staff to achieve and sustain consistent reporting; and next steps. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of empowering staff to participate in identification of opportunities for improvement throughout ambulatory care practices.

At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to discuss strategies to identify barriers to consistent recognition and reporting of near-misses and mishaps by staff in ambulatory clinical services.
