Dartmouth Health Continuing Education for Professionals Home, Nursing Grand Rounds Getting Back to the Basics: Caring for Stroke Patients at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, 10/6/2021 8:00:00 AM - 10/6/2024 9:00:00 AM, Join two of our nurse leaders from the Stroke Team who will provide an overview of the program at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Highlights include the spectrum of care of patients who have experienced a stroke from stroke recognition and available therapies to bedside care and on through discharge. You will gain new knowledge on best practices for every stroke patient in your care.

At the end of this learning activity, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to discuss the most recent guidelines related to overall care of the stroke patient including assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation.
