Dartmouth Health Continuing Education for Professionals Home, Nursing Grand Rounds “ Building the Future of Nursing Education in Developing Countries: NECH-CIEH, A case study, 11/15/2019 8:00:00 AM - 11/15/2022 9:00:00 AM, Training nurses from low resource countries in fully equipped health care institutions in high resource countries does not meet many of the needs of nurses working with little or no water, sanitation, equipment and technology. Nursing educators in low resource settings must develop curricula based on the actual nursing environment in which they practice.

At the conclusion of this learning activity, participants will be able to discuss the model that is used by NECH-CIEH, that supports the collaboration of nurses from high and low resource health care settings to achieve positive, innovative changes in nursing practice in Haiti.
