- Continue your Thrive journey and discover how to interact with others across differences.
- Course 3: Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies
- Become a better ally. Discover how to develop an inclusive mindset, put marginalized voices first, and be the change you want to see in the world.
- Course 4: Skills for Inclusive Conversations
- Learn to have productive and inclusive conversations about race, religion, and gender.
- Course 5: Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work
- Talking about race in the workplace can be challenging. Learn how to apply a useful framework to open up effective dialogue and facilitate understanding.
- Course 6: Developing Cross-Cultural Intelligence
- Develop the cross-cultural intelligence to navigate cultural differences. Discover the difference between high- and low-context cultures and how to effectively work across them.
