The role of role models is very significant in the making of an Inspiring leader. Role Models are a source of inspiration in any scaler chain of hierarchy. The legacy of an organization is known by the leaders as role models, who influence the workforce. How do they inspire? How am I influenced? What are the traits necessary and sufficient to be an inspiring leader? The course will help in knowing the traits & skills required for an inspiring leadership.
