Course Description
Overview
This activity intends to empower direct patient care members with the ability to recognize and improve their provider-patient interactions to better communicate and connect with patients.
Syllabus
At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to:
- Create a seamless continuity of care for patients by fostering a team culture throughout the building;
- Equip the staff with skills that create exceptional experiences;
- Utilize a strength-based coaching approach to cultivate behavior change.
