Overview
This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patients with culturally sensitive care.
Syllabus
After this activity, participants will be able to:
- Define stereotype, bias, prejudice, and microaggression;
- Define the Ladder of Cultural Competence;
- Describe how our multiple identities may influence our perception of self and others;
- Discuss tools and skills for interrupting bias.
