The 3rd Annual Comer School Nurse Day will help school nurses and other clinicians enter the new school year prepared and equipped to provide the highest level of patient care. Especially with the ongoing burden of the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses must navigate new school health policies while prioritizing the best interests of their students. This activity will include a variety of short talks and panel discussions on topics vital to the success of school nurses and offer insight into different experiences a school nurse or clinician will encounter. It will also showcase the latest scientific information by experts in the field so participants can provide the highest level of care to the unique population they serve. This activity is generously sponsored by the Sunshine Charitable Foundation.
