Overview

Description The pelvic floor muscles support the bladder, bowels and uterus. Both men and women need to work on pelvic floor strength as we age. Kate Laing leads a fun and therapeutic workout using a mini ball to work to help you strengthen your entire core and pelvic region. This is a low-impact workout with a lot of micro-movements that everybody should try!
