Mandala Vinyasa yoga is a creative and expressive practice, journeying 360 degrees around the mat. Come to the mat for moments of challenge, opportunities to push your boundaries and tap into unexplored areas of self, and enjoy the time to surrender into a deep place of relaxation.
In this second class in her Mandala Vinyasa series, instructor Claudia Mirallegro invites you to explore Svadhishthana, or the sacral chakra. It governs our emotions and our connections with ourselves and the world around us.
