Description Mandala Vinyasa yoga is a creative and expressive practice, journeying 360 degrees around the mat. Come to the mat for moments of challenge, opportunities to push your boundaries and tap into unexplored areas of self, and enjoy the time to surrender into a deep place of relaxation. In this first class in her Mandala Vinyasa series, instructor Claudia Mirallegro invites you to come as you are and listen to your own body as you follow along in your exploration of the chakras, or subtle energies of the body.
