Strengthen your entire body and raise your heart rate with this 30-minute Cardio Sculpt workout! Using a set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells, this is a combination of weighted strength exercises and cardio circuits you are going to love.
This workout is a functional training workout for your core, obliques, glutes, hamstrings, biceps, shoulders, triceps and so much more! Trainer Sam Cameranesi will lead you through the entire circuit workout, keeping track of the timed intervals and providing form queues while Shelley Hawkins and JC Lippold provide exercise modifications and low-impact options along the way.
