• This section introduces the course by outlining its objectives, structure, and assessments. It includes a welcome video, a Participant Guide for navigation, details on evaluation methods, and introduces the course team. As part of this introuctory module, we will also review the current situation of Financial Inclusion in Latin America and the Caribbean, examining the impact of connectivity through mobile phone access, coverage, and the Internet. We will also offer an introduction to diverse paths towards digital transformation within the inclusive finance ecosystem.
• Module 2: Trends and solutions impacting the inclusive financial ecosystem
• In this module, you will learn to identify opportunities for collaboration between financial entities and other stakeholders to promote inclusion in the financial sector. Additionally, you will discover how data analysis opens doors to innovation and optimization in inclusive finance, and you will understand the importance of designing financial products focused on the real needs of people, significantly improving their user experience.
• Module 3: Charting the roadmap for entities in the inclusive finance ecosystem
• In this final module, we will focus on the task of charting the path toward digital transformation for entities within the inclusive finance ecosystem. To do this, we will begin by identifying the key stages of a roadmap designed specifically to facilitate this process in the ecosystem. Additionally, we will provide a digital maturity self-assessment tool, developed by IDB Invest, which will allow you to identify your path toward digital transformation and how to progress in the future.
