In this 1-hour guided project, you will learn the basics of Adobe Dreamweaver to create a responsive and visually appealing landing page. This project was designed to help you understand the essential tools and techniques required to build a professional and high-converting website.
In this 1-hour long project-based course, "Adobe Dreamweaver for Beginners : User-Centric Web Design," you will learn the basics of creating a professional, user-centric landing page using Adobe Dreamweaver. We will do this by creating a landing page catered to a user persona. Did you know that 94% of first impressions and success on websites are related to their design? This course is designed to help aspiring web designers and developers understand how to structure and style a webpage with HTML and CSS, apply user-centered design principles, implement user feedback, and incorporate engaging elements to optimize user interaction. This unique project combines practical instruction with hands-on application to guide learners who want to get started creating engaging landing pages using Adobe Dreamweaver. To succeed in this project, basic computer skills, an understanding of HTML, CSS, web design principles, and user-centered design principles will be helpful. As well as familiarity with a text editor, Adobe Photoshop or Figma, and access to Adobe Dreamweaver.
