Real Estate Appraisal

Prerequisite: RE-410 or current real estate license. Introductory course covering the purposes of appraisals, the appraisal process and approaches, and the methods and techniques used to determine the value of various types of property, with emphasis on the single-family residence. Course is applicable toward the educational requirements for broker's license and real estate sales-person's license.
