Overview
This course and the rest of the series cover the objectives for the SUSE Certified Administrator in Enterprise Linux 15 exam, # 050-754._In this, the first course of the series, we provide an overview of the SUSE Linux operating system options for both the Community and Enterprise versions. We also learn about the structure of SUSE Linux’s filesystem and file types. Then we’ll explore the SUSE Linux shell, environment, available help, and a sizable number of commands for distinct purposes.We finish the course with a section on editing with the Vim editor and recommend the next steps for those pursuing the full SUSE Certified Administrator in Enterprise Linux 15 exam and certification.
