Explore the inspiring journey of professional surfer Xue Yang in this 10-minute TEDx talk as she shares her experience of surfing throughout her pregnancy. Learn how Yang encourages women to find their preferred form of exercise, put down their phones, and get active outside of work. Discover why women should not be intimidated by their gender when trying new activities, and how persistence can lead to finding enjoyable forms of exercise.
