Join a panel discussion featuring successful entrepreneurs who transitioned from applied mathematics to founding their own companies. Gain insights into their career paths, job challenges, and receive valuable advice for aspiring applied math entrepreneurs. Moderated by Lalitha Venkataramanan from Schlumberger Doll Research, the panel includes Marina Brockway of VivaQuant, John Burke of Applied BioMath, Allen Butler of Daniel H. Wagner Associates, Inc., and Suhail Farooqui of K12 Insight. Following the discussion, participate in a break-out room mixer with the speakers and other industry VIPs to network and further explore entrepreneurial opportunities in applied mathematics.
