Overview
Explore a conference talk that delves into the co-creation of sound-based mementos with individuals who are blind. Learn about a 12-month study involving seven blind participants and two sighted loved ones, engaging in a multi-stage co-creative design process. Discover three types of sonic mementos designed to Encapsulate, Augment, and Re-imagine personal audio recordings into more meaningful sonic memories. Gain insights into designing sound that supports personal and social reminiscence experiences for people with blindness.
