Step 1- Cut out the Center of the Top Wheel
Step 2 - Prepare the Wheels for Welding
Step 3 - Weld the Top Two Wheels Together

Step 5 - Clean up the Plasma Cuts
Step 6 - Trace and Cut the Ash Collector
Step 7 - Weld the Ash Collector into the smallest lower rim.
