SO WHAT SHOULD WE EAT?
COLORFUL PLANT FOODS • Plants contain compounds called phytochemicals such as polyphenols along with fiber/starch/prebiotics that help to feed the good gut bacteria and promote the diversity and abundance we desire • This helps to support the digestive system and decrease harmful inflammation
