Overview
Explore the opportunities and challenges of modeling human activities' impacts on climate change in this 48-minute seminar presented by Annie Levasseur, Professor at École de technologie supérieure, Canada. Delve into the current climate crisis and the fundamental changes required in production and consumption patterns. Examine the importance of understanding the impact of human activities to guide decision-making towards the most effective measures. Investigate how personal choices, business decisions, and public policies can be evaluated using various models (physical, chemical, biological, economic) and reliable data.
