Learn about the Physics and Astronomy STEMM Equity Achievement (SEA) Change program and how to join its fourth cohort in this informative 53-minute panel discussion. Discover how this initiative supports U.S. postsecondary physics and astronomy departments in self-assessment and action planning to foster excellence, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Hear from panelists Beth Cunningham, AAPT CEO; Gary Felder from Smith College; and Alexis V. Knaub, P/A SEA Change Director, as they discuss the program's activities, accomplishments, and the process of earning a Bronze recognition.
