Overview
Explore cutting-edge research on ecosystem disturbances and their impacts in this 2-hour conference session from the 2012 AGU Fall Meeting. Delve into topics including spatial patterns of biodiversity, biological invasions and climate predictions, eco-hydrological consequences in the Amazon, Late Holocene grassland expansion in Madagascar, climate responses to mountain pine beetle outbreaks, tree growth and mortality in black spruce forests, biogeochemical changes after tree harvests, and tundra recovery following fire.
