Overview
The objective of this course is divided in two parts – first to explain the basic facet of intellectual property (IP) such as copyright and related rights, trademarks, patents, geographical indications, and industrial designs and second to explore the economic and other issues associated with protection of IPR. A special spotlight will be also on protection of IP in a digitalized world.
