Building a Network of PUI Faculty in Biological Physics
Offered By: APS Physics via YouTube
Course Description
Overview
Participate in a workshop exploring the creation of a national support network for biological physics faculty at primarily undergraduate institutions (PUIs). Learn from panelists Patricia Soto Becerra (Creighton University), Bruce Rodenborn (Centre College), and Catherine Crouch (Swarthmore College) as they share insights on the unique work experiences of PUI faculty compared to those at large research institutions. Engage in a collaborative discussion to identify desired support structures and strategies for establishing a cohesive network that addresses the specific needs of PUI faculty in the field of biological physics.
