Overview
Learn how to create your first Analysis Services Tabular model using Analysis Services 2012 or 2014 in this 50-minute session presented by Marco Russo. Gain the skills to create a Tabular project in Visual Studio, import tables from SQL Server, establish relationships between entities, and write simple formulas. By the end of this tutorial, you'll be able to browse data using tools like pivot tables in Excel and Power View. No prior knowledge of Analysis Services or UDM (Unified Dimensional Model) is required.
