Explore what a perfect healthcare system might look like
On this course, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the systems thinking approach for healthcare.
You will discover what the building blocks of a healthcare system are and look critically at global healthcare systems.
You will have the chance to find out about the maintenance and evolution of a healthcare system and why making changes to an established healthcare system is so complex.
You will also be introduced to a variety of case studies to help you to consider the role of different stakeholders for making improvement within a healthcare system.
This course is designed for healthcare professionals and administrators who wish to progress into middle or senior management roles.
It may also be suitable for policymakers, executives, consultants and service providers in the health sector.
