Are you confused about nutrition during childhood and what to feed your 6 month old? Dealing with a picky toddler? Tired of begging, cajoling and forcing your child to eat? Worried that your little one isn't eating enough? Learn what and how to feed your child from a licensed nutritionist and a mom who's been there.
Feeding Your Little Ones will teach you:
· What and how to feed your little one
· When to start solids and which foods you should avoid in the early years
· How to encourage your child to eat more vegetables
· Why to avoid "kid foods"
· Tips for dining out with young children
· How to make mealtimes less stressful
· How to raise adventurous eaters
This course includes two modules: one on feeding your infant and a second on feeding your toddler. It includes fifteen lectures and two handouts, as well as a list of resources including recipes, academic papers, recommended books and websites, and much more. Lectures are divided into 10-15 minute segments to fit into your busy schedule. Total time is between 2 and 3 hours.
There are no prerequisites for this course; everyone is welcome.
