Course Description

Overview

A Basic Introduction to The Automotive Repair Industry.

What you'll learn:
  • begin a path to the Automotive Repair Industry whether that be future online courses or through an accredited Automotive Repair Program.
  • have the knowledge to begin basic repairs on your own personal vehicle.

This course is a basic overview of a large majority of the drive-train and mechanics of the basic automobile. It is intended as an aid to those seeking a career in the automotive industry. It is not intended to be a substitute for a college degree or course in automotive repair but, it will assist you in beginning a career in the automotive repair industry. The impact of this course will be increased by as much hands on contact you can have with an automobile to practice what is taught in each lesson. This course also assumes little to no prior knowledge about automotive repair. So enjoy the course and we hope to teach you as much as we can. We don't aim to teach all of the concepts you would learn in automotive technology because so much material exists and it is every changing. This will give you the basis of knowledge to begin the journey on the road to becoming proficient in the automotive field. Check out our other courses we have on Udemy. We try to teach each set of concepts the most efficient way we know how so we have broken it up into several courses to zero in on each individual topic. Again thank you for choosing to learn with us and we hope to provide you with the best classes and knowledge that we know how to do.
