Overview

In this course, you will learn how to apply conversion funnels, perform segment analysis, and use both quantitative and qualitative data in the iterative design cycle to improve your product. In the project, you will have the opportunity to apply the skills you learn to identify areas for product improvements and design a future plan.

    • In this lesson, you will be given an overview of the course.
  • Choose & Measure KPIs for Live Products
    • In this lesson, you will learn how to choose and measure KPIs for different business models.
  • Evaluate User Conversion Funnels
    • In this lesson, you will learn how to create user conversion funnels and apply it to product management.
  • Apply User Segment Analysis
    • In this lesson, you will learn how to generate user segments and apply user segment analysis.
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Data
    • In this lesson, you will learn the benefits and drawbacks of quantitative and qualitative data and how to integrate data into the iterative design lifecycle.
  • A/B Test and Multivariate Test
    • In this lesson, you will learn the A/B test, multivariate test, how to evaluate the test and respond to the test results.
  • Project: Create an Iterative Design Path
    • In this project, you will analyze the data from a previously run multivariate experiment to determine what is the next best step for Flyber.
