Course 1: Global Leadership and Personal Development
In this business and management course, you will learn how to achieve organizational success through positive and growth-focused employee management. You will also learn the concepts within personal leadership development and how to apply skill-based competencies within an organization.
Course 2: Communicating and Negotiating in a Dynamic Global World
Within this course, you will learn how to better understand and master strategies for interpersonal encounters, including conflict resolution, in multicultural environments. You will also learn how to improve your global mindset and negotiation skills.
Course 3: Leading Digital and Data Decision Making
In this course, you will learn how leaders make managerial and relevant decisions based on data across multiple global industries. You will also explore how companies benefit from a digital ecosystem including sensors (IoT), Blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and augmented reality (AR) that move data-driven insights from the data scientist to the boardroom.

This course uses a dynamic and engaging approach to develop the skills for effective communication in international business settings. This course will include techniques and methods for handling interpersonal encounters in multicultural environments. You will learn best practices in negotiating globally, resolving disputes, and making decisions across cultural boundaries. Working in a global, cross-cultural role requires effective communication with individuals and groups from different parts of the world. The success of a leader depends on his or her ability to work effectively with people who may understand and react to situations differently. Therefore, the ability to communicate effectively is a critical requirement to dispute resolution, decision making and working across multicultural teams. Learners will leave this course with stronger communication skills, knowledge, insights and experiences necessary to be a successful international manager.

In this course, you will examine how data-driven decision making has implications for customer relationship management, privacy, security, and global government regulation that are shaping and are shaped by the democratization of information. This course examines big data analytics and business strategy, using visualization tools to improve decision making. More than an applied business statistics course, it is modernized to frame challenges in Industry 4.0 terms. From a marketing and customer relationship management perspective, you will learn the importance of the customer persona and buyer journey focused on how data transforms customer activities into insight. You will identify how to be a more effective diagnostic leader in a data-rich world, identifying opportunities to improve business performance.

You will learn current strategies for managing people in a complex, volatile global context. Starting with the basics of achieving optimal team success and the importance of managing both the tasks and processes of global leadership. You will also focus on the characteristics found among high performing teams, as well as characteristics needed for success in exceptional genius/virtuoso, virtual and multicultural teams. You will also discuss self-awareness and learn key skills to deliver self-assessments and individual feedback in next-generation learning environments. You will also examine how to shape others' behaviors in a global environment via basics of operant conditioning, the "3 Rs" and reward design.
Additionally, the course explores the concept of culture as applied to organizational and location-based perspectives. You will examine personal experiences of workplace change, concepts and strategies for overcoming resistance and managing change. Relating in a multicultural environment, you will also explore strategies for balancing generosity and productivity, as well as how to avert, evaluate and overcome conflict among employees.
