The growth and development of technology has impacted the educational processes across the different modes of education such as face to face, open and distance learning (ODL), online education and blended learning. There are various technologies that can be integrated in the educational processes that includes teaching, learning, assessment, management of educational institutions and professional development. Because of that many a times, the stakeholders of education are confused to select an appropriate technologies for teaching-learning. Selection of appropriate technologies requires deeper understanding and knowledge in technology, pedagogy and content or activity going to be performed.
