Overview
ABOUT THE COURSE: Having studied the module, individuals will gain the ability to comprehend the concept and scope of library management, articulate the principles and functions of library management, and proficiently execute various operations in Library and Information Centres. Furthermore, participants will develop an understanding of financial management and human resource management concepts. They will also acquire skills in designing library and information systems/MIS. Additionally, individuals will be capable of maintaining library statistics and preparing annual reports, ensuring practical application of the knowledge acquired.INTENDED AUDIENCE: PGPREREQUISITES: Graduation in any subjectINDUSTRY SUPPORT: Relevant for Organization and Management of Building, Operations, Services and Human Resource of the Library
