Overview
From the ancient periods crime has always been an integral part of the society. With the passage of time, crimes have not only multiplied but also have proliferated. With the result, the modern societies find it difficult to define crime in clear terms. The dividing line between what is a crime and what is not has become very thin, posing great challenges to the crime justice system of many countries.
